Will JLH give you heart murmurs at a movie premiere? At any given event, it's a sure bet that somebody will! With this in mind, here's an easy way to pay lasting tribute to these sizzling sirens---
When you see a photo series from a live event in 2008, copy one of the pictures posted here in the original topic - the one that you think is the best example - and post it here. Please include the event description and the date. Please submit pictures only from live events and public appearances - no movie or TV screen caps, photo shoots, beach candids or magazine photos.
Just as in the 2007 competition, voting will be based on the combination of celebrity and outfit. So, if Salma (post baby!) shows up at seven different events wearing the kind of dress she usually wears, she could be represented seven different times. The same goes for Jennifer Love Hewitt or Beyonce or any celebrity you want to nominate - it's up to you.
At the beginning of 2009 we'll vote and then settle it - who is the Cleavage Queen for 2008!
